2. Register your Nominee and complete payment of the fee by clicking the button display the electronic form below.
3. Submit the Nomination Worksheets and jpeg file format photo(s) of your nomination(s) on the electronic form OR by emailing the forms and respective photos to centralvalleyrnoftheyear@gmail.com
