Academic-Service Partnership

The Academic-Service Partnership Committee enhances collaboration between academia and service to ensure a better educated nursing workforce in the Valley for the future through a variety of activities. In addition, the committee develops and provides educational opportunities for NLC members and the nursing community.

Communications & Membership

The Communications and Membership Committee provides NLC members and potential members with updates and information regarding the activities of NLC, as well as maintain accurate records and promotion of membership.

Legislative Advocacy

The Legislative Advocacy Committee provides NLC members with legislative updates and activities.

Historical & RN of the Year

The Historical and RN of the Year committee maintains the historical records of NLC as well as the archive of data, photos, and past events. In addition this committee coordinates the nomination, selection, and award dinner process for the annual RN of the Year event.

Nominations & Scholarship

The Nominations & Scholarship Committee is responsible for providing a slate of candidates for officers to the Executive Board for approval and oversees the NLC scholarship application and selection process.
